The sound of cranes moving around large, steel structures and the steady beeping sound of construction vehicles in reverse could be heard as a new warehouse began to take shape July 18 in Portsmouth.

The warehouse at 2175 Elmhurst Lane will be the second Hampton Roads facility for InterChange Group Inc., which specializes in third-party logistics operations for storing and shipping products. Its other location is in Suffolk.
